The Health for Life in Singapore (“HELIOS”) Study is a state-of-the-art population cohort study, hosted by
Nanyang Technological University, Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. Our population study aims to identify
environmental, lifestyle and genetic factors that cause heart disease, diabetes, cancer and other chronic diseases in
Singapore. Please refer to the HELIOS data dictionary for the data collected for the HELIOS Study.

Investigators outside Nanyang Technological University may need a separate Research Collaboration Agreement (“RCA”) to use the data and/or samples and are advised to contact the study team to discuss the need for an RCA as part of the application preparation process.
